A spoonful of honey

My New Year’s resolution is showing up on my face. Yes, I am smiling more since I started my exercise regimen but I’m also releasing toxins…resulting in spots. Lovely. Just a few, but one is too much as it is.

My remedy – Honey. Pure simple honey… and a drop or two of something extra.

Try this to calm irritated skin when blemishes appear:

1 tablespoon of organic honey

2 drop of tea tree oil

2 drop of lavender oil

Mix and smooth over skin. Leave on for up to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Follow with toner and moisturizer.
