This morning, I lovingly wrapped up samples of my products – two little treasure boxes filled with Grace & Ivy goodies.
I’ll be sending them on their big trip to beautiful Vienna, tomorrow. Hopefully it doesn’t cost me a fortune… ahh…it’s so worth it! Fingers crossed that they will land safely into the hands of Katharina, owner of the lovely spa, Stressdeponie. Translation: Stress landfill – a place to dump all your stress. Sounds good to me. Katharina offers massage, spa treatments and organic products. Look at her amazing space…
How I wish I could accompany my little bottles and jars…
Look how pretty they look…all dressed up ready for Europe. I’m jealous.
Safe travels little boxes. Maybe….no, NOT maybe…I will deliver my goods to Vienna in person one day. :)
Happy Friday my friends.
I finally got our Organic Baby Wash and Lotion onto Etsy. Very gentle, super moisturizing and ultra relaxing – I love using both and I often steal Grace’s set. She doesn’t seem to mind especially since she makes it a regular practice to nick off with my shoes, necklaces, bracelets and anything else that takes her fancy that day.
Leave a comment and let me know if you want a sample.
p.s. Working on a lovely organic baby massage oil and baby powder too. I will keep you posted.
Spring has sprung at H & M and I’m already planning my trip up to Seattle to go pick these flowers…
These sweet and fresh florals are just a peek at the new spring line aptly named – The Garden collection. Featuring lovely feminine looks, perfect for those sunny spring days that we are longing for.
With prices starting at only $14.95 you can’t beat H & M for a fabulous deal! Not sold…well maybe the fact that all these garments are constructed from organic, recycled materials may change your mind.
Inexpensive, ultra pretty and good for the planet too. Yes, please!
Now if only I could order online…sigh…

Okay, so I’m not sure if it’s the gray skies, or the super annoying construction going on in my street but I woke up grumpy and my skin just felt dull…so I got cookin’. I mixed up this yummy mask and I’m sitting here feeling my face get tighter by the second. It feels so good. Smells lovely too…had to share.
1 tsp. green tea infusion (make a strong cup of organic green tea)
2 tsp aloe vera gel
1 tsp organic honey
1 1/2 T white clay
2 T ground oatmeal
2 drops rosemary e.o
2 drops lavender e.o
Mix, give it a minute to thicken. Apply to clean skin. Wait 20 mins, rinse. Follow with toner and moisturizer.
The green tea is a powerful antioxidant, the honey and aloe are soothing, the white clay tightens and purifies and the oatmeal nourishes the skin. It’s a pretty nice little combo, if I do say so myself.
Oh and I just rinsed…my skin looks brighter, more even and feels really soft!
I spent the afternoon listening to John Mayer, playing with Grace and bottling up samples of Grace & Ivy’s products. I’ve decided to offer a skin care starter kit at our Etsy Store. I know I love to try things out before I commit to a whole line.
Plus cute little bottle and jars are just plain fun.
